IMPORTANT INFO:
- Before starting your online shopping spree, be sure to note the date, time, and location where purchased items must be picked up. (HINT: It's all listed below!) If you're unable to pick up your item(s) on the date, time, and at the location indicated below, you may have someone pick it up for you. Just be sure to give them your email order confirmation to show at the designated pick-up. If you can't make the designated pick-up time AND can't find someone who can, please reach out to your local director before purchasing. Pick-ups outside the designated pick-up time are at the discretion of each local director and will not always be possible.
- Steve & Kate’s Camp makes no warranties or representations regarding the condition of any item in its store. All items in the store are sold by Steve & Kate’s Camp on an as-is basis according to the condition that the item is in when it is made available to the purchaser.
- At the time of pick-up, we strongly advise you to carefully inspect your item’s condition and ensure that all pieces you need are present at the time of pick-up. If after inspecting the item(s) you reserved you do not wish to purchase the item as-is for any reason, we will gladly process a refund on the spot and retain the item. However, once an item has been picked-up, there are no returns, refunds or exchanges.
